yes,bike reg taken name and addy duplicate summons and 28 days to pay or it increases but dont know by how much.

I would let it go to court, then explain that I had dropped it on the floor to put it out and before I could retreave it to place it in the rubbish bag under the seat these two little Hitlers pounced on me.

PS: I smoke and I enjoy it, if you don't like it then tough. I don't winge and moan when you get pi$$ed, shout your mouth off, smash bottles in the street and throw up all over the path outside my house, nor do I get on my high horse when you smoke your dope / shoot up your drugs and then vandalise my nieghbourhood and steal everything not screwed down.

I do agree that the level of litter is unacceptable!

Was that you at wilingham I had a brief chat to fastas ......the other RED one...

a bit heavy handed eh..a fine with no warning...seems like they are making an example to "nip it" early

£50 fine for a cough and drop

As from today it will cost you £80 in Norwich ( for fag butt or chewing gum) up to £200 for larger items.
Traffic wardens and council staff will hand out fixed penalties.

Rather than employ extra staff they have given extra training to 25 existing staff (dog wardens and parking attendants) and 5 CSOs.

I smoked for 40 odd years until last September, but I also work for my local council, so that obviously gives me the right to fine the lot of you for somethin.
Where shall we start -
Litter.
Loud offensive bikes.
Speeding.
Abusive language on public forums.
Drunk and disorderly.
Non E Marked rear lens.
etc. etc.
This is a great idea, I could make a mint, PM your £60 fixed penalty fines to me please, Oh and I do accept Paypal!!
Should be able to afford a bit more bling with the proceeds!
