Ok a quick update from your carbon manufacturing slacker... I am sorry.. I have not given an update for a while.. Work, holidays and general slackery.... But I have just done a leak test on the first sieve.. sorry fuel tank.. I have done a full tank capacity test too.. I only filled it to the bottom of the filler cap recess and not the shake and slosh the air out capacity. It held 25.5 Liters compared to the OEM 21 liter capacity. I am guessing if you are doing big miles you shake the tank to get a little more in there so you may find you can force it up to about 27 litres.. I am sure some of you guys have an idea of how much extra you get if you shake the tank so I would say the extra would be comparable..

Wow - that's a big bonus .... for us and the oil companies!

So now it's going to be even more expensive to fill it up!
Insert humourous comment here

OR you fill it up just before the price of fuel goes up and have longer before you have to pay the higher price......

25 litres? Holy crap. That makes the Falco an even better proposition for long-distance touring.
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.
