Bronze/black Falco for sale.

Just 21,000 miles on an '04 plate.

Standard unmolested bike.

Meta alarm, crash bungs and optimate 2 charging lead fitted.

Good pads, discs, chain & sprockets, front tyre. Back tyre ok.

MOT from April 2015. No advisories except back tyre.

Good condition. one or two small scuffs to crash bung ends, mirror ends, bar ends, small scuff on corner of pillion seat, couple of boot marks on rear tail piece, that's all.

Some invoices for service history and all previous MOT's.

Just had an oil and filter change last month.

Located near Leicester, between J20 and J21 of M1.

Price is £1650. Plus if you recommend to a friend who buys it, I'll give you £50 too.

Cash on collection. On here til Sunday night then going on Ebay.

After a more upright adventure type bike, Caponord or similar...

Cheers, Dave

Well if I had any disposable income that would be sold by now !
So unless I sell the red one first to fund it ...,
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Hmmm
My son wants to get a "new" bike but .....
  • 1) He's got very short legs (I've managed to convince him my Falco is too tall for him .... but I've got the back jacked up as high as it'll go .... the strategy has worked so far!)
Guess I need to talk to Pete about how successfully they can be lowered from stock without cocking up the handling.
    2) Not sure I want him riding anything as quick as a Falco (anyone got the old restrictor plate I can stick in there while he's not looking?)

How tall/short is he?

I'm 5"7 and have no problem with the Falco at all. I have a WP shock so unsure if it's the same length, and tehrefore seat height, but it's on standard Falco linkages so I'm assuming so.

It's not so much his overall height but the length of his legs. Couldn't tell you any actual dimensions !

Seems crazy when I don't think I'm that old myself.

From what Pete says that's just a symptom of your age your old enough to either forget how old you are or can't count that high

Haha cheers ..... however having mentioned it to him last night, I don't think it's going to happen.
Sorry to get your hopes up.
