So I'm sitting in the vets. Two people in the waiting room. Me with a box that keeps going meow and a woman with a big lollopy dog of some kind.
The vet helping wench walks in, goes up to dog woman and says, 'Is this Tigger?'
AND there's a bloke at work going on 30 and he's never seen Mad Max or The Blues Brothers. No wonder the country is going down the shitter.
Where ever I lay my hat.....

Mmm,apart from astounding lack of culture, I also suspect incredible stupidity may have played a part in this.
The next clients of Hoppy the rabbit and Growler the dog may have been equally mystified.
I don't think there is any danger of receptionist graduating to vet
Cleverly disguised as an adult !

Sort it out!

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

And I was talking to a yoof last week who'd never heard of Aussie cricket legends Dennis Lillee and Rod Marsh!!
It's the V-twin thing. There's just something about it that inline-4s don't have at all, and V-4s don't have enough of.

Was the dog in fancy dress?

I don't care if you lick windows,
Take the special bus
Or occasionally pee on yourself.
You hang in there sunshine, you're special!

Dog wasn't wearing any sort of a dress.
We don't do that sort of thing down here.
Remember I've seen you dressed up as a bear.

I tried explaining Heath Robinson to a young biker.........
At least he went home and googled him!
The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

I vaguely recall a friend describing seeing hawkwind play around 183
He said the lead singer was wearing a silver jump suit and had a purple Mohawk.....
He did also reveal he had taken a fair bit of acid.....
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

If that was the kings hall in stoke I was at that gig and yes he was for most of the show but later came out at some point in a dayglo jockstrap... And he did the whole show on roller skates but we had worked out that it was a clever small gauge rail track with switched and everything hadn't considered roller skates as a possibility
There you are set one up for you
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
