You may need to adjust your link pipes away from the centre of the bike a little to prevent the hugger interfering.

How can you do that, the angles are set that has been my problem all along, there is no adjustment so to speak.

here we are after a good Sunday mornings work, I will post a proper picture when I can get her out, I am well pleased with the look.
I will leave the rear pegs off as it looks cleaner and I am not insured (my choice) to carry pillions.
Also have to sort out the indicators at some point.

I acquired 4 inch wide round spacers, and some over long bolts..... That gave sufficient clearance to fit the rear pegs....

Or - you could search for hens teeth or a virgin in Essex and find some fighter kit rear peg mounts

(The last set I know of, currently reside in Noale-under-Coventry - Andy beat me by a few minutes!)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

You get all of the spacers and long bolts as part of the kit, I just don't fancy them.
And I have decided to mount the indicators in the rear light pod, there is a small area that is perfect.

They sound louder than the original pipes but that is to be expected, I took it out for a quick spin and judging by people on the pavement it is not to loud as no one turned to see what the noise was, I have not ridden the bike on a dual carriageway or anywhere that I could get it up the gears.
The bike started and ran perfectly smoothly so as far as the fuelling is concerned so far it is fine.

She does sound like a "big" V twin now, to be honest it was looks as much as anything and she does look smart now. At some point I hope to gat a similar gallery picture to a previous one I posted for comparison.

here are the photos I wanted to take.

It sounds great looks better and the best thing is above 50 mph she makes no more noise than the original pipes from my point of view.

As requested I have edited the above post and added decent pictures.

One day I might even let people know how to make the clamps fit properly, as that is the only thing I am worried about, the stainless steel clamps I had made are very thin, I am hoping that they are not taking too much strain but only time will tell.
