Indeed, but these are equal opportunity cylinders, and share the amount as required in this stupidly PC state by the eurotwats.

But shouldn't each cylinder be given the opportunity to fully express itself and achieve its potential in a meaningful way going forward?

Yes,but until such time as I go back to a dual exit system, they will just have to man up :smt003

If I could get away with having these on I would.

Cans have arrived, less than 6 days from Milan to Newcastle, I am so excited, ages since I had any real fettling to do, I am so looking forward to the weekend.

Have to say the fit and finish so far is fantastic.

After an initial loose fit test it seems that all is not well, it looks like the high level set up is for an older round can as the new Furores look like there is no way they can be fitted using the brackets supplied. It looks like a major piece of work to get these cans on, has anyone out there had any experience with a twin high level set up.

replied on farce book - bracket under the rear cowl

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Had a long chat with Falconihlist
about this, he has shed some light but it looks awfully tight.

I am trying to see if there is a different bracket to the ones I have been supplied with but it does not look hopeful.

I will need a full day on Sunday and a clear head, I think they will fit just a lot more work than I bargained for.

Anything can be made to fit, given a big enough hammer and an angle grinder

Problem solved, I remembered that the tabs on the brackets face INWARDS,not outwards!

Cheers, that gives me the starting point I need.
Got some spare time tonight when I can get the bike on a stand to check things out properly.

got the bike into the middle and on a stand and managed to get this far.

Although there is some work to do it looks very close to the hugger.

And I have to make the strap fit properly

Just had two new straps made in stainless steel by a design tech where I work and they are brilliant, a much thinner grade so I can bend them to fit in a much nicer way.
Things are looking up.
