bars open - time to drown sorrows....

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Tue Mar 18, 2014 2:59 pm

as most know, I am an expert on pain - having been a leeds fan for 45 years....

but, our new owner - Not going to happen now - has managed to become a convicted fraudster BEFORE he even takes over!

even by the soap opera that is Elland Roads standards - incredible!

most of us have a rather sinking feeling involving relegation to league 1 and / or 25 point deduction....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

You need a strong one on me Pete.

Hope it's no more than 10 points, but the money you are losing each week is a real problem, even if you owned the ground.
Hope you get through it OK.
They are a northern club from Yorkshire after all.

Ah well - at least it's nowhere near the mess that Coventry have got into with their not-so-new-now owners.

That said, it's far from good news.

So

Having overturned the football leagues decision about barring him for the odd bit of tax evasion

You would think that's it, end of soap opera for a bit

Lord no

That would be far to mundane

Wednesday, cellino wanders into elland road and orders a security sweep

And what do we find - the board room and toilets are bugged....

Police called

Managing director resigns with in an hour of that story breaking.....

Like the bit about a camera in the toilets!
The Board Room is a bit old hat.
