Newark Barge 2014 - 23rd March - Update

#1 Post by DavShill » Tue Jan 07, 2014 7:19 pm

This had become a bit of season opener but we missed it last year. So here is the "heads-up". I'll propose a few dates once we get the bad weather behind us and we can kick off the gathering of the Ridersite clan with a day out to Newark in March or early April.

Yes - this really should be restored as our opener.

Check your waterproofs everyone!

Let me add my two penn'orth here... Mrs Mango and I will be off to La Belle France on Wed 16th April, returning Sun 11th May - so any dates other than those would be fine... :smt003

Hmmm .... maybe a rideout to Mr & Mrs Mango in southern France may be a more attractive concept ....

Maybe a trip to Sheffield instead, free accomodation for all while Mr and Mrs Mango are away

We have a fearsome spider in the cellar that needs feeding... Warm meals (aka guests) always welcome... :smt003

Just about finished the new bedroom extension, so lots of room now!
Sounds great to me, my hols are from 27th of April so late March or first half of April would be great.
