And for my next question - email
Using Outlook (not Outlook Express) for email now, and when someone sends an email with pictures in the text, I can't see them. They appear at the top as attachments, but I have to open each seperately and frankly, I can't be arsed!
There must be a setting I can change so I can see them in the text - anyone?

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

Depends on the format that the email has been sent as - plain text or rich text, I think they're attachments, HTML they'll be in the body of the text.
Check Tools/Options/Mail Format, been a while since I've used Outlook, but if there's anything you can do on your end, it'll be in there

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Pretty sure support for Outlook express ended sometime ago, I've used Outlook 2010 and just upgraded to 2013 and its still not as good as Gmail etc.
If you need to use your hotmail account try Hotmail.com - live mail works pretty well, considering.

Gmail also comes as a stand alone app (like Outlook) but is better being used online as gmail.com
Any of the big providers EMail systems can be used online - I have Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo all running sometimes, without problem via Browser windows.
Good luck - Frank
