Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Cup of tea for me - I'm on the bloody penicillin due to an infected cut. An alcohol-free weekend stretches out in front of me like a desert...

Have a good one Andy, and the rest of the trip.
Think I'll try a Jim Beam please.

Ahem

Penicillin..... They stopped people drinking alcohol on it. As they recovered penicillin from urine.... But alcohol destroyed it

So - a couple of sherbets would be ok

(Please note this is for penicillin specifically - some antibiotics - tetracyclines and similar - you should NOT drink with)

Many happy ones Andy.

I'll have my usual. And some penicillin if we're giving drugs away.

This stuff is called Flucloxacillin (there's a name to conjure with...) - the doc said that alcohol lessens the effectiveness of the whatevercillin.

So can I have a cheeky glass of wine with my evening meal and not lessen the effectiveness of the 'cillin...?
