When I went we camped at Glenlough Farm campsite, it was excellent, just one long non-stop party!
You'll have to book soon, everything apart from camping gets booked up really early.
Lots of really useful info on this site - Bill runs trips to the TT and I went along with his lot, but the info is good even if you're going on your own. I'm the redhead in the picture, that was in 2003, 4 months before I bashed my leg - so glad I rode the mountain that time!

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

It all depends whether you want to be close to the madness that is Douglas, or whether you prefer something a bit less frantic. I always preferred Ramsey, as it's not as bonkers and there are loads of really good vantage points for the races within walking/staggering distance. It's also possible to get to some really good spots while the roads are closed using the back roads.
Has anyone tried to contact our very own Main Man of the TT?
or b) Still popping in to the forum since chopping in the Falco for a Triumph, but probably still worth trying to contact him

Not sure if a) He's still heading motorsport on the IslandIsleFalco (back in 2010) wrote:.......... I have just accepted the job of heading up the motorsport team here, so my involvement in the races will be not as a spectator, marshall and enthusiast any more. Exciting times ahead ....................................................
I am looking forward to helping make the TT/MGP and all other hosted events on the island something even more of us want to come to. Its a bit of an awesome responsibility really....
