PLEASE don't cut the fairing subframe - these are so rare and hard to come by.

If you want one that has already been cut down a bit I do have one that I bought like that - I'd be happy to swap it with you - at least that way the Falco community will preserve one more uncut one.

This is my one (the top fairing mounts have been cut in half)







I used to have a cut Falco top fairing but I sold that (managing to prevent someone cutting rare Falco plastics)

Interesting question, I have an unused one that I bought with other bits some years ago, but the whole package cost me a lot.
I bought from a dealer in Devon who had converted a brand new black Falco to a Falco Fighter back in 2001. All the original bits were boxed up in his stores for years until he found them again years later and I bought the lot, also including all fairing plastics, new standard cans, rear hangers all the fairing bolts etc..

Won't be selling the "clock frame" whilst I still have the Falco!

I dropped the bike fairly hard when a car pulled straight out in front of me, the clock frame was OK, but fairing on RHS was damaged, I have always expected the frame to fail after the heavy landing. Years later it is still OK, but if I sell the new one it will crack within days!

That's reasonable, as it did cost over £300 to get delivered when I priced one up with Aprilia Yorkshire back in 2006. List price was a fraction under.
To give an example of some of the other bits I was looking for at the time -
Top Fairing - £586
RH Side fairing - £356 (LH side was £338 (?))
RH Mirror - £77
Clip on - £143
Mudguard - £191
and the best price, although not needed, was the std. exhaust can at £597 (each).
Gives you an idea why Falcos, (and many other bikes!), with little damage can be written off.
For anybody who does not know, fairing panels, tanks etc. are only sold fully painted with decals, by Aprilia.

I am lucky enough to have a spare bracket. I knew they was quite rare.
I asked because I contemplated selling it.
When the falco's go I will sell then
