I was thinking on those lines for the ugly RT; with its faded gun-metal grey fairing, I'd thought of putting a black cross, edged with white (as seen on WW2 German tanks) on each side, & cruising round the Polish districts of Kidderminster.something obnoxiously German orientated.

Good job, Will. This thread has helped to restart my K100 project, which was been stalled largely due to the persistent bad weather.

Flew the MOT yesterday and stuck some rent on it in the afternoon. Took it for a spin for a little shakedown to a local beauty spot. Well, it was until we turned up! haha.
A few issues were highlighted which were rectified that evening. Heavier fork oil and fitted a fork brace. Is now pretty much ready to rock and roll. Could do with fitting a side stand mind, but these things tend to blow smoke after being kept on their sides, so probably not a bad thing it's missing.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
