Sorry to hear this

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

likewise sorry to hear about your mate
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Yep - very sorry to hear the sad news.

Sorry too that you're giving up the bike but completely understand. Hope you enjoy your grandaughter and that she loves her grandad.

Sorry to hear of your loss and decision. I've kids and want to see my grand kids but I wouldn't consider giving up the bike while fit enough to ride. I don't think bikes are If driven with respect, any riskier than other forms of transport or recreational activity.

I've always reckoned that the best thing for my kids is having happy and contented parents and I bought my Falco as a 50th birthday present ...

Having said that to each their own and the death of some one close does tend to make you think of your own mortality and priorities.
Don't put off 'till tomorrow what you can enjoy today
