Really gutted that I'm missing another meet (taking our youngest to meet Mickey), especially as I'm starting to get proper use out of the Falco again! Will keep watching for the next one! Although did "meet" a black Falco going the other way on A49 yesterday near Beeston, guess that will have to do for now... :smt013

Was it under its own steam or on the back of a green flag truck ? Just asking ;)
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Ahem, Maybe I should introduce you to a friend of mine. Black it is and there may be things quicker but slow it is not....

There is of course the stealth version which obviously as the name suggests appears slow in order disguise it's intrinsic speed.

I buy black socks for a couple of reasons

if I lose one of a pair well they all look the same so I can just mix and match

and exactly for the stealth reason I appear to be putting them on slowly but in reality I am already a day ahead of myself :smt017 :smt001

PS i think its safe to say that your mate isnt Alad then ? :smt002

one advantage of the stealth falco's is that they are not american - they can go round corners - and here is the key thing - they can go round a bout a roundabout....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Well we were going to be there, but now its off I'm in hospital on the Wednesday and I can't sit in a car for that length of time, ( I'm having the main vein in my left leg removed, as its what they call leaky). means I won't be on a bike this year either as it will need major exercise to try and force a new route through the leg for the secondary veins.

So if anyone was going but didn't want to camp there's a spare bed waiting here http://www.crown-newcastle.com/.
