Really sorry to hear your sad news Andy, please accept my condolences.
I lost both my parents very quickly more than 30 years ago and it takes some time to come to terms with it.
Just remember all the good times you had, for months after my parents died, I spent time looking through all the old photgraphs, it helped me.
A glass is raised to your dad.

...and Pete, please note that in the line I come from, it's an "O" not an "A"
(and when dad passed away at the age of 85, he'd still not turned grey)
Found another pic of Dad on his BSA with Mum on the back ...... protective clothing wasn't quite such a priority back then ......

sincere condolences Andy , thinking of you and your family.
Also thinking of my own dad who passed away last September.I used to coss about him being a pain in the neck , but boy do I wish he was still here to have a chat with.
Nice tribute to him with the photos ,wish I'd done something similar

I don't care if you lick windows,
Take the special bus
Or occasionally pee on yourself.
You hang in there sunshine, you're special!

Thanks again everyone.
I've been pretty busy of late organising the funeral.
That's scheduled for Wednesday (the only day it could be fitted in before I have to go to Spain for work).
Happens to be the birthday of my 2 eldest sons - one will be 26 the other 24 on that day.
