I think the double bubbles are fairly ugly, even if you've got a nice bronze coloured one.
I held off for a couple of years just because of the looks but put one on before the winter because I was tired of having a windy helmet.
Only done one decent length trip with the double bubble but it was a big improvement. Did just short of 100 miles down big A roads without a stop and felt fresh as a daisy when I got off. Found I was travelling faster though which may or may not be a good thing.
I'm not tall.

surprisingly I didnt damage my original and came acrossa DB and thought Id give it a try not sure if it makes that much difference but then like squid I am sure I go a bit quicker depsite being fairly slow overall LOL

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Standard Vs Skidmarx. Looks a bit bulkier in the flesh somehow. I suspect how much difference they make is up to how tall you are and where you sit. The noisy bit was exactly in the wrong place for me with the standard one.ReggieGasket wrote:I put a DB on because the standard screen was damaged and didn't find it that different to standard. It didn't look much different either. What the hell did I put on I'm wondering?

Next to none, far too idle.joecrx wrote: how much polish have you used on that bike ?
Muc off speed polish. Spray on and a quick rub off and things go shiny as a very shiny thing.
edited because I'd got the wrong polish.
