I am afraid that this means you need to go back to the company you ordered the goods from so that you can arrange either a refund or a replacement to be sent on to you. They may then make a claim against us for the cost of the replacement.

@ anzacinexile: I've forwarded the entire email on to you. As you can see you will have to refund me through Pay Pal and then make a claim against City Link (I'd tell em they were brand new n worth £300!) lol
