I'm thinking of ditching mine, I've never believed in them as IMO a bike thats set up properly doesn't need one.

Also what happens if it fails?

Picked up an Arrow one from Treetops on this web site and it has sorted things right out.

The standard Mille one is metallic red, non adjustable, non-labelled damper. This is an Ohlins (fitted on Factory model I think :smt017 ).

Stock ones go for 30-50-ish on Ebay (used).
