Falco Braking

#1 Post by Nick:L » Tue Jun 26, 2012 1:28 pm

Time has come to dispose of whats left of my Falco, some stuff I'm keeping to re-use elsewhere but the immediate things that come to mind are :

Clear rear lens. Good condition, I bought s/h on AF1 a year or so ago.

Fuel Tank Bronze colour good condition had a repair to a patch of laquer that had peeled and a few light scratches

Rear Plastics - bronze, small scratch on one edge, otherwise good.

Front fairing frame. Has been bent on one side from crash. May be of use to someone.

BNIB headlight. Bought to swap but never did, mine had a couple of repaired tabs which held out and stayed the course. UK model.

Rear solo seat cover. Black. hardly used

Sidestand. GSXR side stand fitted with suzuki pivot bolt, so bracket had been drilled out to suit. Ape sidestand switch fitted.

Evo tail tidy. not much too it. I have fitted a R&G led plate light into the undertray as well, might work better complete with undertray.

Feel free to ask with regard to other stuff. Open to offers on all items

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Clear rear lens!

hardly move for the stench of vulture shite.....

oh - rear seat as well...... possibly the side stand.....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Welcome to ridersite ;)

Oh, a tip from an uber vulture

Do not piss about with public questions - immediate PMs are the key

( as is a good iPhone and subscription to certain forums to get an immediate alert.....
