How does one e-mail selected pages of a PDF file, please?

As you will with a mac - I guess it's just that it's built into a mac - maybe defraying a small fraction of the huuuuuge premium you pay for buying into the brandAladinsaneuk wrote:unless, of course, you are using a mac - we can just do it

Not completely sure; but you may be able to install CutePDF, which captures print output to a pdf file. Then "print" the pages you're interested in.

- what I'm unsure of, is whether it will be recognized within Adobe Reader. But try it! :)

What SimonDK said, you should be able to select the pages you want in one hit, and it will print to a single document rather than multiple
Alternative is to go through each page you want, and copy it to the clipboard using the "Snapshot" tool, and paste into a new document (i.e. word doc)
