We've been using Waitrose broadband for a few years, with no problems. Waitrose broadband accounts are about to be transferred to John Lewis broadband. JL's broadband and phone packages look quite attractive, price-wise (should save us around £15.00 a month), and going with them would, I guess, be easier than transferring to another ISP.
Does anyone have any experience of John Lewis as an ISP?

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.

I would say if you've always been happy with it then stick with it.
I was with Freeserve in the beginning, which morphed into Wanadoo and then became Orange, and I've never really had many problems, so I'm sticking with them even tho it may be costing me a bit more.

The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.
