does it still have the starter in it? I think mine's getting lazy, getting way too many resets and a new battery hasn't helped a whole lot.

If it has can you check out the postage to Townsville, Queensland, Australia, 4810 please. I reckon it'll be too dear, but worth a go.

Could be a combination, but I've changed the Solenoid for a solid state and a later model Falco item without making much difference.

Now that I've typed that I've just remembered that I've got a spare Falco in the garage, so I'll try the starter out of that and see if it makes any difference.

How the hell I forgot about a whole bike I don't know, I'm blaming Guinea pigs, alcohol and an over active girlfriend.

On re-reading that post it doesn't sound so good, the three distractions are not related....oh bugger it's too complicatedand the hole is just getting deeper :smt009

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

guinea pigs not hamsters???

have you told Richard Gere?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
