DVLA does it again

I just had a call from a mate to see if I could reccomend a lawyer as he knows of the fun Ive recently had with those jokers in Swansea.
An old mate recently got nabbed for some minor motoring wrong doing, He foolishly failed to appear at Magistrates Court
DVLA then revoke his license on the grounds that he was uninsured at the time,despite the fact that he was and is insured and did not invalidate his insurance by his actions
He must now re apply for his license and accept 6 points
