it seemed that way anyways!

Job jobbed, my query was resolved and autorenewal of a product cancelled, but I felt like I was just communicating with a computer programme. I guess they just have various shortcuts to paste predecided text in response to certain questions.

It just felt.. I dunno... so clinical! The first line was all nice and personal, after that phew! nowt but 'the official line'.. my jokes didnt even register a L-O-L ! (nowt new there then)

Just had cause (this AM) to use Virgin Media's (Nee NTL) On-line tech support and, I have to say, was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly Tech on the other end, personal response, didn't treat me like a muppet and, when he decided the modem was likely faulty (even though it 'Tested OK'), asked me to call them. The call was answered within 4 rings and 2 mins later, a new modem is winging it's way to me! (or, at least, that's what they say). Hope the rest of the story is as happy as the first part :smt023
