Bus/coach driver appears to be a total knob. Pity the scooter rider didn't deck him, but then there'd have been a runaway bus/coach and no-one to stop it...

Hate to spoil it but I don't think that is actually the driver - the coach is steering left when he gets out but the wheels have turned and it is going right as he runs after it.
