ALDI stuff from Thurs 19th Jan

Not their bike kit but some interesting stuff available from next Thursday:

http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/of ... sday12.htm

These are a great set of picks and hooks (I've had a set of these for a while) - one in particular is absolutely perfect for removing and replacing exhaust springs.

Their sets of O-rings are worth keeping by you (I've had a sets of both their imperial and metric sizes for a few years):

I've also got a set of their allen keys - very good they are:

There are a few other tool items and work-wear that might be OK.
I bought a set of their taps and dies once - they were rubbish - maybe OK for clearing out threads but hopeless at cutting new ones.

..... and just in case anyone is planning a bike trip to France ..... they will have these in stock .....

Quite a few other useful bits looking at the offers page - inspection set (mirror-on-a-stick with a magnetic tray) and an inspection light. I may be spending a modest sum this weekend on some of this.

O-rings could be useful...

Is the 'Scottish Tablet' their version of the iPad, and 'Iron bru' their version of a fizzy drink?
