Had a rustic butty ...
a breast or two of recently shot pheasant lightly sauteed and crisped in virgin olive oil with fresh home grown shallot, garlic and some flaked chili and rock salt then sandwiched between two hand torn but light and crusty olive ciabatta and caressed by a smothering of chiili and ginger sweet jelly. This is not just any sandwich ... nor is this is a proper man sandwich for the new age
No this is the sandwich of someone whose Guy Martin film has arrived on the night the boss is out now to crack open a couple of fruit smoothies and...
(its okay I alraedy did the dishes and made the fire

)
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
