If all goes according to plan, Ridersite will be taking part in the 1000 bike festival at mallory park in 2012

We hope to display upto 12 bikes at the week end - the actual bikes are yet to be decided but... Not all falco's!

I am hoping we are going to get the oasis green's together though.... I would also love, if benwah agrees to get his hillclimber displayed... Especially as it is the current championship holder :)

We also have a couple of other plans but we will see what pans out

So.... 6/7/8 July - if you want to come along and show your bike off - please indicate a preliminary interest here

Oh - those exhibiting will get weekend passes for free - though you will need to pay for camping.... About 10 quid!

Final thing - there is a hidden section of this forum that some folk now have access too - assorted reasons but basically to throw ideas around and see what's possible

Please chime in here with any other thoughts....

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Thanks for holding it when I'm in France. You only had to say 'we don't want you there Rob.'

I can take a hint you know. :smt010
I'm right 98% of the time so why worry about the other 3%?

I'll be coming. Though you'll probably want to keep me away from the public.
Can bring a scruffy ER6 with pink handlebars if it helps.

I would have loved to be part of this but if all goes to plan (some hope) I'll only just be home from a very long trip to Shetland so will have to say no. :smt090

I guess that as the festival of 1000 bikes is a classic oriented event, we should do our best to include a good selection of classic bikes that our forum members own.
Things like Will's Triumph 6T, Dave Shill's CB550, Keith's Beemer, one of Mango's classic Ducatis etc etc. Didn't someone have a Kwack triple?
If you have something suitable, please pipe up and declare it!

If we could pull some of those together it would be a great basis for Ridersite showing diversity and fitting in with the ethos of the festival.

Of course we'll end up with a few Falcos - every colour we can muster - (wouldn't it be great to get some pics of that). I guess they're rapidly heading towards classic status too
Will there be a (pipe) smoking shelter next to our tent? I'm thinking we'll need somewhere to park the Futuras.

will try to make space for the trike in the marquee

and will be the main marquee, not the yellow falco marquee which is located in warsaw.... - a small suburb of sydney australia....

Definately no sidestand change. Cans are the originals since the right sl can blew itself a new exit hole. shock and wavy disks are the only things not standard.
