Is nothing sacred! :smt013
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Are you referring to the copying of the bike, or where it's being sold?

The copying of the bike. It's nothing like, yet they'll stick his name on it to sell um. From a company that started out wanting nothing to do with the 'old' marque, they're doing rather well off the back of others' hard work! Wankers! :smt097

Sorry but I'd prefer one of the "standard" Bonnies for less money.
The film was fine, Steve was great, but this bike does nothing for me.

Having had a Triumph I would prefer a slap with a wet fish than another one

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Love the look of the bike (well I would wouldnt I)

So you pay well over the top (pun intended) for a skid plate, khaki green paint and a bit of stencilling on the tank that any squaddie couldve done for you for a pint...

stunning...

Shouldn't it be called the Steve McQueen zundapp?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

So how soon do you want to get it painted boring black?

Never had a Bonnie, but rode a few.
I did have a 1959 Tiger 110 in the early 70s.
Looked nice, but used it for work and bits fell off most days, plus the electrics were terrible for somebody working three shifts, as they worked/didn't work when they felt like it.
Wanted to love it, as I started biking in the 60s and had great memories.
Got fed up bought a very nice Suzuki T350 Rebel, which was faster and totally reliable, plus it also got me to work on the night shift.
There followed a long run of Jap bikes.
