Oasis Greens and other colours

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Thu Nov 24, 2011 8:19 am

as folk are now aware, we are hoping to have a club stand at Mallory Park for the 1000 bike festival

talking with young Mr Grace, he said that it would be good to have a representative of every colour visit at some time - what would be even cooler, and a real media style coup, would be too have all of the oasis greens present

we know of three that are here, Blinky501, Hornetriders and Jadaris' - we think there are another two - so, if anyone sees them about, can we try and get in contact with the riders and see if they are interested in a photocall

I think if we could do it, then we would have a very rare media phot opportunity - to my mind that would be the rarest production models of the entire range of aprilias over the years...

I may even create another MCN forum account and ask over there - I think my old account is still banned :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Thinking further, we could also try for a bike of every colour.
I know that every Falco colour is represented on the forum with the possible exception of the Plomb Grey / Diablo Black (USA colour scheme). That might be a tough one to source ..... unless anyione knows different.

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Hello guys. I just looked at the dates on t'other thread and there is one very special reason why I'm not going to be able to make that weekend, though I can't divulge the reason yet (even though I'm fairly anonymous on this quiet corner of the internet). It's to do with the date, sorry to scupper this one :smt009
