Trying to remove the falcos barends both allen bolts and bar ends just turning, is there a way to lock it so the bolt comes out ?
Cheers Keith

You need to hold the bar end still. This is not easy to do without damaging the bar-end - you really need something like a strap wrench (I bought some strap wrenches from Aldi for very little money - but you have to be there on the week or two they actually stock them ... which is not this week)

Use a piece of rubber on the bar end and hold with grips, put the allen ey in and give it a sharp tap with a hammer.

I've used rubber gardening gloves to good effect in the past, just put them on and gripped really tight.

Good luck

I just waited for one of mine to fall off one day, (don't know where don't know why and had never noticed it loose), got home and I just did not have the bar length I thought I had. :smt017
Not a happy situation!
Then fitted my spare, holding the bar end by hand end whilst I tightened the Allen key.

Got them off using a strap wrench.
