Should fit the 02 - 05 no problem. Only issue may be on the bellypan.

Think they may be a different bore.
When my Beowulf cans were delivered, they came with RSV connectors which were about 1/4" bigger than the Falco pipes.
I thihk the Tuono is the same as the RSV.

Well I got falco headers to fit a Mille collector box....

And with respect, he would need falco exhausts - the Mille/tuono ones are different bore as above

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

No the later Tuono with twin exhausts had bigger bore tubes (I think) - and 4-bolt flanges to bolt to the heads.
The earlier tuonos (including the 04) has a 2:1 that has the same fittings as the Falco.
I sold a spare falco exhaust to a mille rider - basically the same as the gen-1 tuono

It is true that it will need "Falco sized cans" to fit - as Ken says, the later tuono ones won't fit.
