Little help for the cornish man !!!

Just asking for some advice here , have brought a cheap tail section from ebay but i need the lock for it and also it will have to fit what ever cheap second hand tank i buy from ebay later ......any ideas where i could get such a lock and petrol cap together ? .......AND YES I'VE TRIED EBAY !!! Am looking at getting the full fairing pieces together and then having it sprayed over winter ........
AND does anyone know where i could get some good decals as well .......in black !!!

Someone on the AP forum may be breaking a Mille (if it doesn't sell), the lock set is listed at £40 with one key.

Oh and the Mille rear lock is completely different.
