stupid bastard bloody clutch!!

#1 Post by Falconihlist » Sun Sep 11, 2011 10:58 am

Oh well, looks like it is time to get the sheared bolt out of my clutch pack and get some new springs and frictions. Riding around with loads of slip isn't fun, and accelerating at the speed of a micra is even less fun. Just hope I don't have to resort to a complete basket removal :smt017

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Just put some new clutch springs in after Mondays escapades. Top speed 61 mph, not so good. Did notice that the EBC springs I've got from Griff are a tadd longer than the OEM, so hopefully they will have a better effect :smt003

Probably find the EBC items are what the springs were in the first place. Springs do tend to get shorter as they lose their springiness.. :smt002
