certainly an interesting concept and would make sense in a lot of ways. I can see a few problems with it though. The main one being the massive factor of human error. Until that can be totally eradicated, schemes that rely on the public to follow the rules simply cannot work.
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
