Shinybike Performance

#1 Post by Falconihlist » Tue Sep 06, 2011 4:38 pm

Took advantage of a day off and popped in to see the Nooj to get the bike washed and get my clutch jet swapped by the Griffmeister. Still got clutch issues, but that is more to do with having a sheared bolt in the clutch pack :smt018

Have to say that it's definitiely a good partnership, bike valet and technical work, and the bacon butties are second to none :smt003

I think i will spoil my bike in the new biking season to a clutch jet, tune up and a nice clean. But i hope sausage butties are on the catering list :smt118

It's definitely worth going when Griff and Nooj are together. If you can get to Tamworth for a day then do it.

Got a few ideas of the pair of them. Only problem with going to Nooj is that I always end up getting some bling bolts. Splashed out on some titanium disc bolts today :smt003

No, for the front :smt002

It is rather unfortunate that we can't do the rear bolts in Ti :smt009

Speedo pick up - stops working if you use those

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
