Wish list Falco
Don't know if anyone has done this before but it would be interesting to see who would do what to which part if money was no object. Just fill in what you would do next to the relevant heading to make what you would consider to be your ultimate Falco

Paint nope like it as it is
Wheels nope like them as they are
Forks/Steering nope happy with them as they are
Brakes dunno I am fairly happy with them as they are
Sprockets Jay put mine on 15t front yes lots better
Exhaust nope I like the fuel ones that came with it so thats a yes maybe but well
Lighting maybe would like to see one with the lighting mod but y...you guessed it fairly happy ....
Handlebars maybe would like to try risers but you guessed it
Seat maybe a more comfortable bum number but I am fairly happy ...(my arthritis complains soemetimes tho!)
Power(Engine/Air) chnaged to K and N air because it was the only one in but I was happy enough with .. I also have a power commander 111 to fit but no rush as I only want to use it in the useable range and not for top end aND YES i AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE STANDARD BIKE
Bodywork like what I am fairly happy with ... and don't like carbon stuff
Rear shock though I am fairly happy with it I have a white shock to fit and have asked about an Ohlins but can't see that the Ohlins is going to stop me riding like a gimp so if one comes up cheap maybe if not then the white one but the blue one is fine for me
Rearsets/Pegs never really understood that one too much I am fairly happy with ...
Swingarm
Any other bits and pieces
NOT REALL! There are bits and bobs I wouldn't mind trying but my clutch feels fine brakes work and I would rather just have it setup and serviced well and right. I definitely am prepared to pay more for tyres though and would consider upfgrading the brakes if I understood the options

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.

There's not much on that list that I haven't done - some things upgraded a couple of times.
Of the rest there are a few things that I have ready to install.
Of what's left, can't say I'm really bothered about painting it and the bars are fine (though the angle of them is not great but can't really be changed much without fouling things ... like the tank)

Do them - as big a transformation of the bike as changing the blue spring shock to the Ohlins (just a bit less vital as the standard wheels go round whereas the standard shock doesn't do the basic job)Aladinsaneuk wrote:Wheels possibly

I was happy with the origional shock until i rode on a bumpy road for about two miles, apart from getting pissed off i realised that i may has well have a piece of solid bar in place has there was no give what so ever.
The ohlins i have fitted is best described has WOW, i could not believe the transformation to the bike.
And it now at least it does not feel like being kicked up the arse by a donkey when i travel across this road to my favourite stretch of road, being the caister to horncasle road.

Tolerance will be our undoing.
Calling all speed camera units, calling all speed camera units: Please proceed to the Caister to Horncastle road without delay ...........blinkey501 wrote:.... now at least it does not feel like being kicked up the arse by a donkey when i travel across this road to my favourite stretch of road, being the caister to horncasle road.
