Out and about

#1 Post by Falconihlist » Thu Aug 25, 2011 2:57 pm

Been out today looking at a possible second bike, down at BMW. Had a look around and got a test ride booked on a K1300R tomorrow. Thing is though, as much as I like the look of it and no doubt will enjoy the test ride tomorrow, I am still tempted to just sack the whole idea and stick with using the Falco for everything and continue with the mods.

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

Buying a BMW for 1st September - planning a trip to Poland by chance?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Not sure if they still have the Tiger in Bovington at the moment, but I could acquire one from the German Panzer school

If I had a Tiger tank, other peoples opinions would be irrelevant. Going to speak to Nooj about Fazers tomorrow, as I am up that way and he has "a bit" of knowledge on them.

I've decided that I need to find another Falco and take a different route with it. KK1300R was bloody nice, but very clinical in it's application.
