Front showa fork standard settings

Hi everyone looking to know what the standard set up is for the front showa forks on my falco.

Serie the forks myself with new oil seals and dust covers and put in 10w oil. Yes i know that some of you say it should be 5w or a mix of 5w and 20w

I have always used the 10w on any forks i have serviced for my previous bikes and I think it works very well, cant really be bothered messing around with the mixing of the 5w and 25w.

Any how I need to find the standard settings for the front forks and im hoping you guys and gals can help....

Oh i have also got a new battery for it on friday so hoping that i see the volt ometer on the dash reading above 11.9 when i turn the thing on. Just out of curiosity does anyone have a white spring milie shock they would be prepared to part with as mine is still on the old blue one? Pm me if you have or something

the standard settings are in the workshop manual.... - may even be in the owners handbook as well but...

oh most set the forks to have 3 rings showing - then build off that - the racier folk have as much as 5 rings....
