Trailer hitch electrics. Is there a diagram anywhere of which lights go to which pins? Can't find anything on-line.
Going to need to tow a bike trailer in September but have no idea how to test the socket on my tow bar.

Dunno why you can't find it. Plenty links there but hitches do vary. This any help?

This chart is a typical guide, wire colors may vary based on manufacturers. Use a circuit tester to verify connections.

If you're around Reading any time I have a trailer you can use to give it a test.
I did have a diagram somewehere, came printed on the back of the packaging of some sort of trailer component - light I think. You could try looking on the packaging of all the trailer bits and pieces in halfrauds or somewhere similar.

Google "trailer electrics diagram" - loads of stuff there!
