Falco spotted at South Leverton Classic Bike Meet tonight.
I don't suppose the Silver Falco spotted leaving South Leverton was anybody on here?
Only spotted him as he left, so no chance of a chat.
Three Falcos at one Classic Bike Meet, that is rare, never mind that the Honda NR750 turned up again, and a Desmo, couple of HRD/Vinnies, few Goldies and an absolutley spotless Triumph TR5 scrambler circa 1955 ish.
Not seen one of them for as long as I can remenber, not many ever.

Somehow I just thought it might have been you John, pity we missed you.
We did pop in the pub for a glass of lemonade, (mixed with John Smiths in my case!), but then were just wandering about taking in the bikes and chatting to all the other sad old gits, (can't they find anything better to do other than hang about the streets talking about bikes).
Lots of very friendly people, those with old bikes, those talking about the ones they used to have many years ago, and others just drooling over all of them.
It was a good turn out last night, we managed to get off a bit earlier than normal, but could still only get parked right down the bottom end. Then again it was near the chip wagon, and to get there that early I didn't get time for tea.
We were just past the pub on your left hand side as you left, just past the NR750 near where the Desmo had been parked.
Dave was chatting to a bloke with an AJS single, very similar to the Matchless he used to have.
There are only 4 meetings left now, and if the weather is OK, plan to be at all of them.
If the weather is bad obviously it limits some old bikes, but lots do still turn up even then. That's what I like about it, fantastic old bikes not on show, all being ridden and souding great.
Hope to catch you in a fortnight.

Be happy to see you and John there, it is this Wednesday, just hope the weather is OK as they're forecasting 4 days rain after today, but they constantly change their minds.
The meet is just on one street really, Town Street, if you come in to the village from the Caenby Corner route via North Leverton, you come into the outskirts of the village on Station Road/Church Street, through a 90 right then a 90 left, carry on for 150 metres or so and turn left into Town Street, you'll see all the old bikes.
If we can't get parked in the main area we try to park somewhere between the pub and the garage further down.
We should be there just before 7pm if we get off OK.
