When i bought my falco i did a deal with a YBR 125, i know the guy who i bought the bike from for at least fifteen years and he is sound. i changed the falco registration into my name but could i bugger find the YBR v5 one. we decided i should have chance to look for it but was un succesfull and so to save me applying for a new v5 and then change keepers i paid for a new one but we agreed the other guy should apply for it. BIG mistake please learn from my mistake, because i did not apply for the v5 and then inform the DVLA of a change of keeper i have just been landed with a £35 fine, please dont get caught out has i did and warn others. cheers blink
