Bedfordshire Italian Car & Bike Day, 26th. June

#1 Post by MartDude » Mon Jun 20, 2011 9:58 pm

Received this yesterday. Last year's event was a thoroughly enjoyable day - quite laid back - owners turning up with their vehicles and and showing them off; there were a couple of really tasty Benelli Sei's last year. Also, lots of classy '60's and '70's Alfas, lancias, etc, as well as more recent Ferraris, Lambos, Maseratis' and so on Strongly recommended. MetCheck forecast suggests a reasonably warm day with some sun. I believe some of the Club Aprilia chaps are attending, all decent chaps, even if most do ride RSV's :smt002

Hi All!

Just a quick reminder that the 5th Annual Italian Car & Bike Day will be happening next Sunday 26th June – if you have already registered your vehicle or attendance, AWESOME – look forward to seeing you there.

If you haven’t registered yet, please ping me back with your car/bike make & model and I will register you so our Ferrari Gate Girls will expect you. Show Cars & Bikes need to be in position by 10.30am as the gates open to the public at 11am.

Also, if you are coming along and haven’t booked in for European Grand Prix Sunday Lunch, please let me know if you would like a table and how many guests will be joining you – alternatively our BBQ & Pig Roast will be serving up from 11am – hope the sun will be shining!

I look forward to seeing you next Sunday,

Kind Regards

Might be worth a ride. There's a Guzzi in that first pic just like my old one only totally different. Are we the public and just turn up after 11?

Just like my old one but totally different.....

Are you from Hinckley?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

If you register your Italian bike with the Sharnbrook Hotel (link at bottom of 1st. post) you get in free.

BTW, it's easier to find if you approach from the A6, from the North

I expect to be there around 11.00 -see you there., or meet up en route?

Ah, I see.
Route planner says M6 to kettering, A14 then A6 downwards. Any where near the way you're heading Mart?
