White spring shock rubber

I'm getting a white spring shock to chuck into the damaged repairable Falco I bought, but the bloke I'm getting it off reckons the bump stop rubber is buggered.

I reckon I can fix it, but I've not seen it yet, anyone got an idea if it's easy to remove and refit a better one?
