Spark Plugs - Front

#1 Post by Panda » Tue May 17, 2011 7:00 pm

Just about finished doing a minor service but having real problems removing the spark plugs from the front cylinder.
Getting the plug caps off was awkward enough, but no way I can see to get the plugs out.
Anybody got any hints and tips? Do i need a special tool? Do i have to remove the entire air box - and if so how?
Yours with skinned knuckles.......

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

Cheers for that Samray, I'll have another go tomorrow and try not to loose the elastoplast down the hole.....
Might buy a universal joint for the socket set on the way home too.

Get one of these and some wobble bar extensions (the pic is for illustration only, it does not need to be a stubby and you only need one).

BTW..the type in the pic are utter shite but you get the idea...you pays your money etc etc
