Poxy Petrol and wives!

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Mon Mar 19, 2007 12:52 pm

my wife stole my porker off me a while ago, so I went out and bought an audi a4 quattro... her little eyes lit up, and probably due to the enhanced shoe carrying capability, she stole that one off me at the beginining of Febuary

(Nothing to do with having trashed two fog lights, a side light and broke the electric windows on the porker of course!)

Sooooo - I finished replacing all sorts of bits, and gave her the porker back yesterday...... Today I get to drive the audi, and it drives like a piece of shit - no pick up, engine over revving and no real power. I asked her how long it had been doing this..... "Oh a few weeks now - since I filled up the car on february 19th.... at Tescos....

Can you tell whats coming?

So, I do a check on the web, and sure enough, the Beccles Tesco was one of the garages affected by shagged petrol.... She looks over my shoulder and asks why I am checking it as she had asked them about the petrol and they said all was fine.... YEAH RIGHT

So - Car is now booked in for a diagnostic test tomorrow..... and is already looking bloody expensive - hopefully Tesco will be paying though

Anyway, she drives off to work and calls me - to say that the electric window was sticking so she forced it down.. and now it will not work.....

:smt013

Only thing I can say is - its a bloody good job that vibrators are idiot proof - because if they weren't the little MemSahibs would soon learn about poxy mechanical things!

(Sorry I just had to rant!)
