Brilliant! Dumbo here has managed a 2 mph 'topple' - luckily with very little damage (apart from to my pride!) - the only thing that needs replacing is front brake lever. I've tried a search on the forum to see what advice is on cheaper than oem parts, but it's dotted around all over the place and much of it quite old.
Ive also had a trundle through fleabay and google and come up with these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Aprilia-SL-1000-F ... 5ad4ec7b83
http://www.bitzforbikes.co.uk/Hydraulic ... 74-34.html
Can anyone give advice from experience on what levers will fit straight on from other models/ makes? (understand some ducati items area straight swap?).
Also, any thoughts/ experience on those above? I don't want to pay more than I have to, but equally don't want to end up with rubbish that I end up having to send back.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions - apart from "don't use front brake at walking speed" - I've already absorbed that one!!

simon - call me on my batphone
i have just fitted a set of pattern pazzos so happen to have a spare set of levers
am certain we can sort something out - i would suggest you pop down and borrow the lever while you wait for a set of the pazzo copies to arrive....
(May charge you a bottle of cider for the LOAN!)
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

I'm assuming that that is not the "pair" price.
