Slowly

#1 Post by Falcorob » Mon Apr 25, 2011 7:59 pm

I am slowly accumulating the parts needed to start the mods I want to carry out this year.

Mille shock and linkage fitted already. God that makes a difference.

Mille exhaust - complete system - bought.

Mille Oil Tank bought.

Pazzo levers bought.

Clutch Master Cylinder bought.

Needed - braided lines, brake reservoir, paint and stickers. Not 100% sure whether I want to keep her black or change the scheme completely yet. Time will tell.

Obviously the oil and filter will be changed at the same time as the new tank is fitted, and brake and clutch fluids will be done as the lines are done.

Might need a hanger for the zorst though. Any ideas what fits and where from or will I need to make one from scratch? And the pegs need replacing after the TD at Anglesey. Might get some non-standard ones.

And then there's the hugger, Mille Swingarm, resprung forks, HID kit, LED rear lights, Marchesini wheels, modified front screen, and all the other stuff I want to do but can't afford yet.
I'm right 98% of the time so why worry about the other 3%?

It has been pointed out elsewhere that the Mille exhaust system can be probLamatic with the standard swing arm

There is a solution involving a welder

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

The swingarm is on my list. It's just not on the one the boss has seen. :smt002
