Depends on your spannering abilities - and where you happen to be.

If you are confident with spannering then there are a few threads on here to help you on your way with this.

If you'd prefer to get someone else to do it, then I guess the choice of places will depend on your location.
If you are anywhere near the Midlands, you won't go far wrong with Griff at Aprilia Performance in Tamworth.

Southern Cross in Kilburn are trustworthy if you're around London, Aprilia Performance would be my first choice, see if Griff can get down to you as he does a mobile service (as long as he has a sensible place to work).
